Coconut Brittle

We've made good on our threat and made Coconut Brittle! Our brittle is thin and crispy - just the way our grandfather always made it. Our brittle is made with pure ingredients that you probably keep in your kitchen: sugar, corn syrup, salt, baking soda and of course, lots of coconut. This is Scott's new favorite brittle. The coconut brittle is available in a 12 ounce package and is "accidentally vegan". We use soy shortening on the cooling table, so that it also considered an ingredient.  Check out how we make coconut brittle on our YouTube channel.
