Due to the perishable nature of our handmade chocolates and candies, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Internal Review
Our candy makers will review your claim within 2 business days to determine the eligibility for a replacement or store credit based on our quality standards.
Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh batch of your treats at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
