Truffle Bar
We bring to you Hercules Candy's Truffle Bar. Terry got this mold to possibly use for the Mega Stuffed Chocolate, but it was too shallow. Steve took one look at it and said "Fill it with chocolate ganache" and the Truffle Bar was born! Ganache is a rich, creamy filling made with chocolate and heavy whipping cream and is the traditional filling for truffles. Each truffle bar is hand decorated in various designs and no two are alike - an edible work of art. The bars are very time consuming to make so they will be available on a very limited basis throughout the year. The milk chocolate truffle bar weighs about 8 ounces and measures approximately 5 inches x 3Ā½ inches x Ā½ inchesĀ Ribbon colors and styles will vary. Box may have gold border or white border.
